How long does the plan last?

The plan costs $297 per month (4 weeks) and includes a 45-minute online session, weekly support through Voxer, as well as all the features indicated above. To effectively address the complexities of managing eating behaviors in children and adolescents, I highly recommend committing to this plan for a minimum of three months.

How it works:

Step 1: You'll complete an online questionnaire to provide information about your child's current health, the challenges you're facing, and your family's goals. Afterward, we'll schedule our first online session.

Step 2: During our initial 45-minute session, we'll review and discuss the questionnaire and your family's needs. We'll also establish goals and expectations, crafting a personalized action plan. Depending on your child's age, we may involve the child in parts of our discussion.

Step 3: You will receive a customized action plan tailored to your child, accompanied by supporting materials and comprehensive guidance on seamlessly integrating these recommendations into your family's daily routine.

Step 4: If you choose to continue with the monthly plan, you'll have the opportunity to schedule a 45-minute follow-up consultation each month. These sessions are dedicated to discussing your family's challenges and successes. During follow-up consultations, we'll revisit your goals and provide any necessary updates to the resources to support your journey. I employ effective behavior change strategies and practical techniques to help you stay motivated and stay on track with your goals. These strategies are designed to simplify the process and make it enjoyable for your family. Should you have any questions or need guidance between our scheduled sessions, feel free to utilize Voxer for direct messaging. I'm here to provide continuous support and assistance.
